Tammy Meredith is a speaker, entrepreneur, relationship coach and spiritual fitness coach who has been called to inspire and empower women to live their lives on purpose. She is fully dedicated to all that God has called her to for women, which includes but is not limited to healing, growth and renewal through her Spiritual Cleansing sessions. 

She serves in leadership in several capacities at Life Abundantly Church. God assigned her to birth out the Naomi and Ruth ministry for women as a sisterhood where women bless and pour into chosen recipients monthly. Many years ago, God assigned her to establish the Naomi and Ruth Teen Mentorship program for girls helping countless teens to know their purpose in the Lord, and it’s still empowering teen girls today. She is Director and Co-Owner of Life Abundantly Learning Center for Girls. 

She has served faithfully providing love and loyal support to her husband in ministry for over 20 years as well as countless others. She was ordained by Bishop Meredith, in 2022. 

She is married to Bishop Kendrick L. Meredith. They have been purposefully and happily married for over 25 years. Through this union, God blessed them with 5 amazing children whom they absolutely love and adore. 

What is Spiritual Fitness? 

Spiritual fitness aims to cultivate a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God and to live out your faith in practical ways. The classes helps strengthen spiritual practices and beliefs. 

This program is geared towards helping people find their purpose by coming into alignment with their spiritual beliefs.
